TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail with information about it's approval.
2. To close the deal you have to confirm your order by clicking indicated link in an email received from the Museum. In case of not receiving the confirmation, the Museum might not send the article.
3. If you not receive this confirmation within 2 working days, please contact us via email at sklep@mhk.pl.
4. All orders are processed in order of receipt until the stock depletion.
5. If the article you ordered is depleted you will be informed about that by phone or email.
6. If more items are ordered and some difficulties in receiving all of them from the publishers are met, to reduce costs of the delivery, time of the transaction may increase (to pay for one delivery). However, on customer's request the order can be divided into parts, with each part delivery charge added. Orders will be processed within 14 business days of confirming them (average time of delivery - 5 days). In case of any difficulties with the order's processing, the customer will be immediately notified. Time of the delivery may increase because of circumstances beyond the Bookstore control.
7. An order will be processed if it includes requestor's email address and telephone number. In case of suspicion of providing false contact data or having bad intentions, the Museum might not process the request.
8. Payment can be made via:
Cash on delivery (you will pay for the parcel the Mailman or in the Post Office.)
Cash - personal receipt
Bank transfer - the parcel will be sent as soon as money comes in the Museum's bank account (usually on the next day after the bank transfer).
Institutions and firms together with the order will receive an invoice. Within 14 days of receiving the invoice, the bank transfer has to be processed.

9. Every customer receives a receipt - VAT invoice. Institutions and firms have to provide company name and tax number. When buying in the internet shop you automatically agree with making out an in-voice without your signature.
10. The Museum processes international shipping. The order cost for international orders will be raised for operating costs 40 PLN (10 EUR) and standard charge for international shipping. (The Polish Post Office pricelist).
11. The order can be canceled by email: sklep@mhk.pl. Only unprocessed orders can be canceled.
12. On the basis of act from March 2, 2002 about protection of the customers law, the customer can return goods bought in the Museum without giving a specific reason within 10 days of receiving the parcel. It is possible only when the item was not used, copied or damaged. A receipt or an invoice has to be returned with the goods. The Museum guarantees to return the goods value. Money will be sent via postal order. A delivery charge will not be returned. A customer also pays for sending back the goods.
13. In case of complaint, please send the defective goods back to the Museum. The Museum does not accept Cash on delivery parcels. Costs of sending the goods back to the Museum will be reimbursed immediately after the parcel is received and the complaint accepted. To the complained goods, a receipt or an invoice with the complaint justification has to be enclosed. An item will be received for a full value one if only it is possible. For a defective item, we take the book that has a technical defect.
14. Price displayed by the title does not include the shipping costs. Shipping rates for orders will be charged at cost. Final price includes the goods price and shipping charge.
15. Number of ordered titles cannot be higher then 7 items in one parcel. If the order is bigger, the Museum will send the items in a few parcels with relevant surcharge.
16. According to the Art. 24 Act 1 of the act of the protection of personal data, personal data of the buyer will be entered to the Museum database only for orders processing and won't be shared with other parties.
